Recently, as the AED (automated external defibrillator) topic was brought up again at the two sessions, it attracted widespread attention and in-depth discussion from representatives and members. Many members focused on the popularization and standardized application of AED across the country, calling for the acceleration of the construction and improvement of my country's out-of-hospital emergency service system.

In response to the call, on March 8, Women's Day, Fosun Beiling organized a training course for all employees from explanation to drill based on the principle of caring for women and "I save everyone, everyone saves me".

In the class, everyone focused on understanding the causes and phenomena of cardiac arrest; the significance and importance of timely rescue, and what is the "golden four minutes" of rescue; the principles and correct methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and vividly demonstrated the importance of timely rescue with actual cases.

The most important thing next is to enter the actual practice link. The instructor first demonstrated the correct use of AED and demonstrated it correctly on a simulated human body. Then every Fosun Beiling employee participated in the practice and carefully completed each step, finding the correct rescue method through continuous trial and error.

After many training sessions, a field simulation test was conducted. During this session, everyone was fully alert and treated it as a real rescue scene.

In the remaining time, everyone continued to learn other knowledge about first aid, such as bandaging the wounded. Under the demonstration of the instructor, everyone learned about the wrist, arm and head, and cooperated with each other to complete the simulation exercises. I believe that everyone will be more adept at dealing with similar situations requiring bandaging in the future.

Through everyone's efforts and the guidance of the instructors, all employees passed the exam successfully. Everyone took this opportunity to fully realize the importance of life and the hardships of every rescue worker. After returning, everyone hopes to pass on the knowledge they have mastered today to their family and friends around them, so that everyone can learn more about first aid knowledge, popularize the use of AED to more people, and achieve "everyone learns first aid, everyone can do first aid" as soon as possible.

In recent years, the country has gradually increased the deployment of emergency medical equipment such as AED. The "Healthy China Action (2019-2030)" proposes to improve the standards for the deployment of emergency facilities and equipment in public places, and to equip schools, government agencies, enterprises and institutions, airports, stations, port passenger stations, large shopping malls, cinemas and other crowded places with emergency medicines, equipment and facilities, and automatic external defibrillators; the "Basic Medical and Health Care and Health Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China" also clarifies that public places should be equipped with necessary emergency equipment and facilities such as automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) in accordance with regulations to improve the efficiency of pre-hospital emergency care.

The construction of emergency capacity has received more and more attention, which has a very important role in protecting every individual and even the whole society, and can save patients' lives in critical moments. Xiang Hua suggested that the first witness rescue action should be widely carried out, with the government taking the lead and all departments, industries and units "working together".

"Popularize first aid knowledge like popularizing fire-fighting knowledge, and equip AEDs like equipping fire extinguishers, so as to truly achieve 'everyone learns first aid and everyone knows first aid.'" He suggested incorporating public first aid funds into the fiscal budget, allocating special funds for first aid knowledge training, purchasing automatic external defibrillators (AEDs) and other equipment in crowded public places such as subways, and incorporating AED configuration into the layout plan of the medical first aid system; improving policies, supporting social capital such as charities, foundations, and enterprises to participate in improving public first aid facilities, and providing public welfare support related to the popularization of public first aid.
