First aid interconnection, smart life

On March 7, 2025, the Beijing Pre-hospital First Aid Forum with the theme of "First aid interconnection, smart life" was grandly held in Miyun District. The event was guided by Beijing Municipal Health Commission and Miyun District People's Government, and co-organized by Beijing First Aid Center, Miyun District Health Commission, Zhongguancun Miyun Park Management Committee, and Fosun Beiling (Public Health Emergency Industry and Critical Care Diagnosis and Treatment Technology Industrial Park). More than 150 people including Beijing Municipal Health Commission, Miyun District People's Government, Beijing First Aid Center, and leaders in charge of health commissions of various districts, responsible comrades of competent departments and first aid sub-centers attended the forum.

At the opening ceremony, Shi Huiyang, deputy mayor of Miyun District, delivered a speech on behalf of the district government. He pointed out that as an ecological conservation area of the capital, Miyun follows the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important reply, practices the "two mountains" theory, takes scientific and technological innovation and life and health strategic development belt as the main line, and coordinates the construction of four characteristic cultural tourism and leisure belts to build a full-area development pattern. In the field of life and health, with new quality productivity as the engine, anchoring the goal of "building a demonstration zone for the capital's life and health industry", implementing three major projects such as planning guidance, deepening three mechanisms such as collaborative innovation, supporting the "nine ones" special action plan, creating a "1+4+N" industrial ecology, and promoting the construction of a series of projects.

Liu Ying, director of the Medical Emergency Department of the Municipal Health Commission, expressed her gratitude to the medical staff who have been working on the front line of emergency treatment for a long time, as well as people from all walks of life who care about and support the development of pre-hospital emergency treatment in the city! She emphasized that the city is continuously strengthening the pre-hospital emergency system of "rapid response, efficient collaboration, and intelligent empowerment", continuously improving the level of pre-hospital and in-hospital connection through information empowerment, promoting the integrated development of emergency and first aid with patients as the center, and promoting the "re-upgrading" of emergency rescue capabilities to better ensure the physical health and life safety of the people.

During the forum, experts and scholars from Union Hospital, Chaoyang Hospital, Xuanwu Hospital, and some district health and health commissions and municipal pre-hospital emergency agencies discussed in depth the improvement of emergency and first aid standardization, regularization, and informatization, empowering the emergency system with science and technology, and exploring the use of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to build a more efficient, convenient, and intelligent large emergency system, and shared valuable experience accumulated in practice. Through full discussion, collision of ideas, and consensus building, everyone will jointly promote the interconnection of emergency and first aid, regional coordination and linkage, scientific and technological innovation, and emergency response, and promote the high-quality development of the city's pre-hospital emergency cause. This forum will also play a positive role in promoting the construction of the Miyun District Public Health Emergency Industry and Critical Care Diagnosis and Treatment Technology Industrial Park.
