On September 16, 2020, Beijing Beiling Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. and Beijing Emergency Management Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Municipal Emergency Management Bureau") signed the "Beijing's first safety emergency publicity vehicle" vehicle design, modification launch ceremony was officially launched in Beijing Beiling Miyun Factory.

The Municipal Emergency Management Bureau adopts the method of government procurement and determines Beijing Beiling Special Automobile Co., Ltd. as the designer through public bidding, responsible for the design and modification of the first safety emergency publicity vehicle in Beijing. According to the requirements of the Municipal Emergency Bureau and the actual application scenarios, Beijing Beiling will upgrade and rebuild the safety emergency publicity vehicle, complete the overall safety performance test of the vehicle and the commissioning of various experience facilities and equipment, and ensure the safe operation of the vehicle and various equipment and facilities.
