On the morning of June 21, Fosun Beiling's Lean 6S & Visualization Project was officially launched, and employees and representatives from various departments of Fosun Beiling attended the meeting. This project was initiated by Fosun Beiling, and Shandong Shoebill Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., a leading company in the field of Lean 6S and Visualization projects, was invited to guide and assist this project.
At the meeting, Sun Yuebin, Product Engineering Manager of Fosun Beiling, served as the meeting host and introduced two instructors from Shoebill to the employees, namely, Project Business Manager Chen Yanling, and Yin Wenzhe, who was responsible for the formulation and implementation of the project plan, as well as the on-site 6S guidance and training course execution of the company.
In his speech, Mr. Yin emphasized six words: fast, positive, and efficient. He also pointed out how everyone can act quickly, be positive and work efficiently in the company from now on. Everyone benefited a lot from listening.
Teacher Chen later expressed his absolute confidence in this project and sincerely asked everyone to work together for the same goal.
At the meeting, Yang Jianpeng, general manager of Fosun Beiling, pointed out the direction of this project. General Manager Yang emphasized that it is necessary to take the initiative to let employees pay deep attention to this project. Since its establishment, Fosun Beiling has officially entered a critical node, especially after moving to the new plant. How can it move into new fields and heights in sync with the company? I hope everyone will be strict with themselves, do their own work well, form a united morale, and fully cooperate with the Lean 6S and Visualization Project to complete successfully!
With General Manager Yang's speech, the atmosphere of the venue was brought to a climax. Everyone is full of confidence in the Lean 6S training and guidance project that they will face in the next few months.
